About Pete May
Pete May is the author of many successful books including Massive: The Miracle of Prague, Summit for the Weekend, What Are Words Worth?, Man About Tarn, Goodbye to Boleyn, Whovian Dad, The Joy of Essex, There’s A Hippo In My Cistern, Hammers in the Heart, West Ham: Irons in the Soul, Sunday Muddy Sunday and Rent Boy: How One Man spent 20 Years Falling off The Property Ladder. He has written for the Guardian, the Observer, the Independent, The Author, New Statesman, Loaded, | Midweek, Time Out and numerous other publications. Pete was an associate lecturer in sports journalism at the London College of Communication for 12 years. Once an Essex Man, he now lives in London with his wife, two daughters, a dog named Vulcan and a large collection of West Ham programmes and Doctor Who dvds.
